Good is the Enemy of Great

Are you good or great?

They are two very different things.

The path from “good” -- in this case, defined as mediocrity -- to “great” isn’t just a concept -- it’s a tangible goal. This idea comes from the renowned book, “Good to Great,” by Jim Collins.

I want to help you unleash greatness (aka excellence.) Believe it or not, good is the enemy of great. Why, you ask?

Good is the enemy of great because it leads to complacency, fear of change, lack of motivation, mediocre performance, and an acceptance of being merely average rather than exceptional.

As a real estate professional, an independent contractor in control of your own destiny, it is up to you to succeed.

If you want to be great, you’ve got to get real (pun intended) about the answers to these 3 questions:

What are you deeply passionate about?

What can you be the best in the world at?

What drives your economic engine?

When you really understand and internalize the answers to these 3 questions, everything else falls into place. Things make sense all of a sudden.

When I did this exercise, I felt clarity, relief and inspiration.

I felt excited about my potential and the excellence I am capable of achieving.

When you figure out your answers, you’re going to want to scream it from the rooftops. You’re going to want everyone to know.

So with that being said, below are MY personal answers to these 3 important questions, what are yours? :

What are you deeply passionate about?

I'm deeply passionate about empowering and inspiring real estate professionals through transformative leadership, training, and education. Igniting their passion and driving growth in this vital industry is what motivates me.

What can you be the best in the world at?

I can be the best in the world at building an organization that helps real estate agents and brokers reach their full potential through transformative training programs, cutting-edge resources, innovative technology, and a steady supply of high-quality leads. My comprehensive approach cultivates the skills, mindsets, tools and inspiration needed to achieve remarkable success.

What drives your economic engine?

My ability to elevate real estate professionals' capabilities through powerful training, resources and lead generation drives massive economic growth. As I empower more agents to achieve excellence and top performance, it results in increased transactions, higher commissions and profits. Developing outstanding human capital and giving them the tools to maximize their potential is the core driver propelling my economic engine forward.
